Procedures

Travel Agent or Direct Consumer calls the group department and books bride/groom or group leader's room with deposit. A group code is issued. The wedding guests can be sent Save the Date Cards directing them to book through the travel agent or if booked directly through Unique Vacations, Inc they may call 0800 742 742 .

Once the group reaches 5 rooms or more the amenities will be awarded accordingly. Promotional rates may apply.

5 to 9 rooms

  • Complimentary one room category upgrade

10 rooms or more

  • Complimentary room upgrade for the group organizer or one (1) complimentary upgrade for every
    twenty-five (25) rooms paid. (excluding Butler Suites and subject to space availability)
  • Private group cocktail reception with hot and cold hors d'oeuvres and open bar for 1 hour*
  • 1 complimentary person for every 12 paid rooms based on double occupancy
  • 1 complimentary coffee break per day during scheduled meetings

2010 Social Groups Amenities
(effective on new bookings made from July 15, 2009)

5 to 9 rooms

  • 1 room will receive a 1 room category upgrade
    • Subject to availability and excludes Butler Service Suites

10 rooms or more

  • Private group cocktail reception with hot and cold hors d'oeuvres and open bar for 1 hour
  • A group picnic basket lunch
  • 1 group photo portrait session for 15 minutes & one 5x7 picture per room
  • Private group check-in
  • US $100 Red Lane® Spa credit per room for groups staying 5 nights or longer
    • Entertainment at additional cost
    • Above amenities are not combinable with any other promotion and only applicable to new group bookings as of July 15, 2009

10 rooms or more

  • 1 Private group cocktail reception with hot and cold hors d'oeuvres and open bar for 1 hour
  • 1 Private group Dinner for 2 hours
  • 1 Group photo session for 15 minutes
  • 1 5x7 group photo per room
  • 1 US $100 Red Lane® Spa credit per room for the group staying 5 nights or longer*
  • 1 Private group check in**
    • *The entire group must stay for 5 nights or longer
    • **The entire group must arrive at the same time
    • Entertainment at additional cost

Terms

Contract Terms for Groups of 5 - 35 Rooms:

  • A deposit equal to ten percent (10%) of the full program NET room revenue is required to confirm the rooms.
  • A second deposit equal to 35% of the NET group value is due ninety (90) days prior to the groups scheduled arrival date.
  • Final balance on the total NET group value is required forty-five (45) days prior to arrival, along with a final rooming list and flight information.

Cancellation Terms for Groups of 5 - 35 Rooms: (Rooms, Room Nights or Guests)

  • 91 days or more prior to group arrival, there will be no fee for any cancellation.
  • Any cancellation between 90 and 75 days prior to arrival date, the 10% deposit becomes non-refundable.
  • Within 74 - 46 days of the scheduled day of arrival, 45% of full room revenue will be charged for any cancellation.
  • Any cancellation or “NO SHOW” 45 days to arrival date will be charged 100% penalty of the full room revenue.
