The only document needed prior to arrival is a copy of your marriage certificate with your Renewal of Vows booking number (given at time of booking).
Please Note:
For guests staying 7 nights or longer in a Deluxe Category or higher, full payment is due within 7 days of the original booking date. Cancellations made outside 45 days of travel may receive a full refund, within 45 days of travel, all monies are non-refundable.
When staying less than 7 nights, a $200 deposit is due within 7 days of original booking date and the balance is due 60 days prior to travel. Cancellations made outside 45 days to arrival may receive a complete refund, within 45 days of travel all monies are non-refundable.
*Free* Renewal of Vow for any room booked between December 12th, 2011 through February 23, 2012 for stays of six nights or longer in all room categories for travel September 4th, 2012 – November 10th, 2012 to any Sandals or Beaches Resorts. Free Renewal of vow is subject to ministers fees which vary by island. The fees per island are Jamaica-$35, Bahamas-$70, Antigua- $100, Saint Lucia-$80 and Turks-$200. The Renewal of Vows not meeting the six night stay requirement are subject to the $500 fee. All fees subject to change at any time.
