In Five Simple Steps

• Required Arrival Window: 48 hours* (Two days, including day of arrival, weekends and public holidays). Wedding couples are required to arrive a minimum of 48 hours prior to the confirmed wedding date. This arrival window meets the minimum required time on the island prior to the wedding ceremony and allows time to attend the final walkthrough at the resort to confirm all preparations. For Jamaica, this 48-hour window can include the day of arrival, weekends and public holidays.

• Please note that the Notary’s commission must be valid until after the wedding date.

• Notarized copies of BOTH bride and groom’s state-issued birth certificates (long/complete form only).

• Notarized copies of BOTH bride and groom’s valid government-issued passport photo page or Passport card or driver’s licenses. The ID must be valid until after the wedding date.

• Notarized copy of all previous divorce decrees, all pages of court certified final judgment or BOTH bride and groom (if applicable).

• Notarized copy of former spouse’s state-issued death certificate and related notarized marriage certificate (if applicable).

• Notarized copy of legal adoption papers or legal name change (if applicable).

• Notarized legal translation of all documents to English along with notarized copies of documents in original language (if applicable). ALL translated documents MUST be on the translator’s company letterhead and include translator’s signature along with stamp and/or seal.

• Please note that documents will not be returned. Documents must be received by Hospitality Purveyors Inc at least 60 days prior to your arrival date. Please note that if your documents are not received within the required time frame, the resort will not be able to perform the wedding ceremony.

• A late fee of US$150 will apply for all documents received within 30 days prior to the arrival date.

• We accept packages delivered by FedEx, UPS and DHL. Please ship packages to the address listed on the information processing form.

• Mandatory marriage license and administrative fees are US$250.

• After the wedding, the marriage certificate will be delivered approximately 6-8 weeks (in North America) to the provided address.

*The 48-hour required arrival window means that couples can get married in Jamaica two days after arrival. In Jamaica the day of arrival, weekends and public holidays are included in this 48-hour window. Please note, public holidays in Jamaica do not affect the earliest wedding day mentioned in the chart below.

• Required Arrival Window: 48 hours* (Two full business days and cannot include day of arrival, weekends or public holidays). Wedding couples are required to arrive a minimum of 48 business hours prior to the confirmed wedding date. This arrival window meets the minimum required time on the island prior to a wedding ceremony, allows time to obtain the marriage license and attend the final walkthrough at the resort to confirm all preparations. For the Bahamas, this 48-hour window must include two full business days, and cannot include the day of arrival, weekends or holidays.

• After your arrival at the resort, a meeting will be scheduled to take place on the first business day between 10am to 1pm to complete your marriage license application.

• Please note that the Notary’s commission must be valid until after the wedding date.

• All original documents with certified court seals must be hand carried to the island.

• Government-issued passports and state-issued birth certificates (long/complete form only) for BOTH bride and groom. The ID must be valid until after the wedding date.

• All court certified copies of previous divorce decrees, including all pages of court certified final judgment for BOTH bride and groom (if applicable).

• Notarized copy of former spouse’s state-issued death certificate and related marriage certificate (if applicable).

• Notarized copies of legal adoption papers or legal name change (if applicable).

• Notarized copy of legal translation of all documents to English along with documents in original language (if applicable). ALL translated documents MUST be on the translator’s company letterhead and include translator’s signature along with stamp and/or seal.

• Documents must be received by Hospitality Purveyors Inc. at least 60 days prior to your arrival date for wedding confirmation.

• Please note that if your documents are not received within the required time frame and/or original documents are not hand carried, the resort will not be able to perform the wedding ceremony.

• A late fee of US$150 will apply for all documents received within 30 days prior to the arrival date.

• Please note that divorce decree documents will not be returned.

• Mandatory marriage license and administrative fees are US$600.

• After the wedding, the marriage certificate will be delivered approximately 8-10 weeks (in North America) to the provided address.

*The 48-hour required arrival window means that couples can get married in The Bahamas two full business days after arrival. In The Bahamas the day of arrival, weekends and public holidays are not included in this 48-hour window. Please note, each public holiday in The Bahamas affects the earliest wedding day mentioned in the chart below.

• Required Arrival Window: 72 hours* (Three business days, cannot include day of arrival, weekends or holidays; No Sunday weddings). Wedding couples are required to arrive a minimum of 72 hours prior to the confirmed wedding date. This arrival window meets the minimum required time on the island prior to the wedding ceremony to obtain the marriage license and allows time to attend the final walkthrough at the resort to confirm all preparations. For Saint Lucia, this 72-hour window cannot include the day of arrival, weekends, and public holidays, and Sunday weddings are not permitted.

• Express Required Arrival Window: 48 hours* (Two days, must include one business day and cannot include day of arrival, weekends and holidays; No Sunday weddings). An Express processing fee of US$341 is required at the time of booking and applies only to couples selecting the Express option. Wedding couples selecting the Express option are required to arrive a minimum of 48 hours prior to the confirmed wedding date. This arrival window meets the minimum required time on the island prior to the wedding ceremony to obtain the express marriage license and allows time to attend the final walkthrough at the resort to confirm all preparations. For the Express option, this 48-hour window must include one business day, cannot include the day of arrival, weekends, and public holidays, and Sunday weddings are not permitted.

• As part of St. Lucia’s wedding documentation requirements, you will need to provide proof of your entry into the country.  When you arrive, please be sure to keep the printed receipt you receive if you use the airport arrival kiosk. If you do not use the kiosk, please ensure that an immigration officer stamps your passport. This proof of entry is required for the processing of the wedding documents- please keep with you and provide this proof at the time of your final walkthrough meeting at the resort.

• Please note that the Notary’s commission must be valid until after the wedding date.

• All original documents with certified court seals must be hand carried to the island.

• Government-issued passports and state-issued birth certificates (long/complete form only) for BOTH bride and groom. The ID must be valid until after the wedding date.

*The 72-hour required arrival window means that couples can get married in Saint Lucia three business days after arrival. In Saint Lucia the day of arrival, weekends and public holidays are not included in this 72-hour window. Please note, each public holiday in Saint Lucia affects the earliest wedding day mentioned in the chart below and weddings are not permitted on Sundays. 

*The Express 48-hour required arrival window means that couples can get married in Saint Lucia two days after arrival, with one of these days required to be a full business day, and cannot include the day of arrival, weekends and public holidays. Please note, public holidays in Saint Lucia affects the earliest wedding day mentioned in the chart below.

• Required Arrival Window: 48 hours* (Two days, must include one full business day and cannot include public holidays. No Sunday weddings).  Wedding couples are required to arrive a minimum of 48 hours prior to the confirmed wedding date. This arrival window meets the minimum required time on the island prior to the wedding ceremony to obtain the marriage license and allows time to attend the final walkthrough at the resort to confirm all preparations. For Antigua, this 48-hour window must include one full business day, cannot include public holidays, and weddings are not permitted on Sundays.

• All original documents with certified court seals must be hand carried to the island.

• Please note that Notary’s commission must be valid until after the wedding date.

• Government-issued passports OR state-issued birth certificate (long/complete form only) for BOTH bride and groom. The ID must be valid until after the wedding date.

• All previous divorce decrees, all pages of court certified final judgment for BOTH bride and groom (if applicable).

• Former spouse’s state-issued death certificate and related marriage certificate (if applicable).

• Legal adoption papers or legal name change (if applicable).

• Notarized legal translation of all documents to English along with notarized copies of documents in original language (if applicable). ALL translated documents MUST be on the translator’s company letterhead and include translator’s signature along with stamp and/or seal.

• After the wedding, the marriage certificate will be delivered approximately 4-6 weeks (in North America) to the provided address.

*The 48-hour required arrival window means that couples can get married in Antigua two days after arrival. One of these days must be a full business day. In Antigua, this 48-hour window can include the day of arrival but cannot include public holidays. Each public holiday in Antigua affects the earliest wedding day mentioned in the chart below. Weddings are not permitted on Sundays.

• Express Required Arrival Window: 48 hours* (Two days, must include one full business day, and includes day of arrival, weekends, and public holidays. Weddings not permitted on Sundays). Wedding couples are required to arrive a minimum of 48 hours prior to the confirmed wedding date. This arrival window meets the minimum required time on the island prior to the wedding ceremony to obtain the express marriage license and allows time to attend the final walkthrough at the resort to confirm all preparations. For Grenada, this 48‑hour window must include one business day, and includes the day of arrival, weekends, and public holidays. This resort does not offer a standard (non‑express) processing option and weddings are not permitted on Sundays.

• Notarized copies of BOTH the bride and groom’s valid government-issued passports or passport card and state-issued birth certificates (Birth certificates must be provided in long/complete form only).

• Notarized copies of all previous court certified divorce decrees, that include all pages of court certified final judgment, with seal and signature from the issuing court, for BOTH bride and groom (if applicable).

• Notarized copy of former spouse’s state-issued death certificate AND notarized copy of related marriage certificate (if applicable).

• Notarized copy of legal adoption papers or legal name change (if applicable).

• Notarized copy of single status affidavit or letter from a Notary Public: must be on a letterhead with applicable notarized, seals etc. attesting that neither party has not been previously married (if applicable).

• Notarized application for Special Marriage License.

• Notarized Legal translation of all documents to English along with documents in original language (if applicable). ALL translated documents MUST be on the translator’s company letterhead and include translator’s signature along with stamp and/or seal.

• Notarized copies of all documents that apply along with the Marriage License Application Form, must be sent to the mailing address listed on the form. Please note that documents will not be returned.

• Documents must be received at least 60 days prior to your arrival date. Please note that if your documents are not received within the required time frame, the resort will not be able to perform the wedding ceremony.

• A late fee of US$150 will apply for all documents received within 30 days prior to the arrival date.

• Mandatory marriage license and administrative fee is US$535.

• After the wedding, the marriage certificate will be delivered approximately 2-4 weeks (in North America) to the provided address.

*The Express 48-hour required arrival window means that couples can get married in Grenada two days after arrival except for Sunday, with one of these days required to be one full business day, and includes the day of arrival, weekends and public holidays. Please note, public holidays in Grenada does not affect the earliest wedding day mentioned in the chart below.

• Required Arrival Window: 48 hours* (Two business days, including day of arrival and cannot include weekends and public holidays). Wedding couples are required to arrive a minimum of 48 business hours prior to the confirmed wedding date. This arrival window meets the minimum required time on the island prior to the wedding ceremony to obtain a marriage license and allows time to attend the final walkthrough at the resort to confirm all preparations. For Barbados, this 48‑hour window includes the day of arrival, must include two full business days, and does not include weekends or public holidays.

• Please note that the Notary’s commission must be valid until after the wedding date.

• All original documents with certified court seals must be hand carried to the island.

• Government-issued passports and state-issued birth certificates (long/complete form only) for BOTH bride and groom. The ID must be valid until after the wedding date.

• All previous divorce decrees, all pages of court certified final judgment for BOTH bride and groom (if applicable).

• Former spouse’s state-issued death certificate and related marriage certificate (if applicable).

• Legal adoption papers or legal name change (if applicable).

• Couples must go offsite to finalize the marriage license application. The following are the dress code requirements for the local registrar office visit: Groom in business casual attire - long pants, closed toe shoes, and collared shirt. Bride in conservative attire – Mid-length skirts/dresses below the knee with sleeves (no Sleeveless or sheer clothing), dress sandals or closed toe shoes (no flip flops).

• After the wedding, the marriage certificate will be delivered approximately 2-4 weeks (in North America) to the provided address.

*The 48-hour required arrival window means that couples can get married in Barbados two business days after arrival. In Barbados, this arrival window includes the day of arrival, but weekends and public holidays are not included. Please note, each public holiday in Barbados affects the earliest wedding day mentioned in the chart below.

• Required Arrival Window: 48 hours* (Two days, including day of arrival, weekends and public holidays). Wedding couples are required to arrive a minimum of 48 hours prior to the confirmed wedding date. This arrival window allows the minimum required time on the island prior to the wedding ceremony and allows time to attend the final walkthrough at the resort to confirm all preparations. For Saint Vincent, this 48‑hour window includes the day of arrival, weekends, and public holidays.

• All Original Documents, with certified court seals, must be hand carried to the island.

• Color copies of BOTH bride and groom’s valid government-issued Passport.

• Color copy of all previous court certified divorce decrees, including all pages of court certified final judgment, with seal and signature from the issuing court AND color copy of all previous marriage certificates, for BOTH bride and groom (if applicable).

• Color copy of former spouse’s state-issued death certificate and color copy of related marriage certificate (if applicable).

• Color copy of legal adoption papers or legal name change (if applicable). Color copy of legal translation of all documents to English along with color copies of documents in original language (if applicable). ALL translated documents MUST be on the translator’s company letterhead and include translator’s signature along with stamp and/or seal.

• Documents must be received by Hospitality Purveyors Inc. at least 60 days prior to your arrival date for wedding confirmation.

• Please note that if your documents are not received within the required time frame and/or original documents are not hand carried, the resort will not be able to perform the wedding ceremony.

• Marriage License and administrative fees are US$485.

• Marriage License is valid for three (3) months from the date of the application.

• After your arrival at the resort, a meeting will be scheduled to take place the first business day between 10am to 1pm to complete your marriage license application.

• After the wedding, the marriage certificate will be delivered approximately 6-8 weeks (in North America) to the provided address.

*The 48-hour required arrival window means that couples can get married in Saint Vincent two days after arrival. 
In Saint Vincent, the day of arrival, weekends, and public holidays are included in this 48-hour window. Public holidays in Saint Vincent do not affect the earliest wedding day mentioned in the chart below.
 

Legal Ceremony

• Required Arrival Window: 72 hours* (Three days, including day of arrival, weekends, and holidays – does not include day of wedding. Weddings not permitted on Sundays or public holidays). Wedding couples are required to arrive a minimum of 72 hours prior to the confirmed wedding date. This arrival window meets the minimum required time on the island prior to the wedding ceremony and allows time for the final walkthrough at the resort to confirm all preparations. For Curaçao, this 72‑hour window includes the day of arrival, weekends, and holidays, but does not include the wedding day itself, and weddings are not permitted on Sundays or public holidays.

• Wedding Information and Processing Form.

• Letter of Authorization form.

• Letter of Intent form (Must include 2 different dates and time of day for ceremony, along with signatures and email addresses of both parties).

• Original Birth Certificate with an Apostille/legalization from Netherlands embassy or designated competent authority in your country of residence for bride & groom in long/ complete form only (not older than 1 year).

• Notarized copy of a valid government-issued passport for bride & groom with an Apostille/ legalization from Netherlands embassy or designated competent authority in your country of residence.

• If copies of witness passports are not mailed with documents, the wedding couple may hand-carry the copies and hand to the Wedding Manager upon check in.

• If couple is traveling with less than the required number of witnesses, the wedding couple must check off box in “Witness Request Form” acknowledging and noting the number of witnesses attending. Please note: the Resort will provide up to six (6) witnesses and submit required documents on the couple behalf if necessary and requested via the form.

• Original documents other than in Dutch or English need to be translated into the Dutch language (i.e. a French or Spanish document must be translated into Dutch, not English).

• ALL Original Documents MUST have an Apostille/legalization from Netherlands embassy or designated competent authority in your country of residence.

• Documents MUST be received by Hospitality Purveyors Inc. at least 3 months prior, and no more than 6 months prior to your arrival date for wedding

• Mandatory marriage license and administrative fees are US$750.

*Within two weeks after the Civil Registry Office has received and examined the documents, the couple will receive a message stating that all documents submitted are in order. If not, the document corrections will be communicated, and it is then determined whether the planned wedding date and time is still feasible. Please note that if your documents are not received within the required time frame, the resort will not be able to perform the legal wedding ceremony, at which time you may decide on a symbolic ceremony.

Symbolic Ceremony

• Required Arrival Window: 48 hours* (Two days, including day of arrival, weekends, and holidays; cannot include day of wedding. No weddings on Sundays or public holidays). Wedding couples are required to arrive a minimum of 48 hours prior to the symbolic wedding ceremony. This arrival window allows time to attend the final walkthrough at the resort to confirm all preparations. For Curaçao symbolic ceremonies, the 48‑hour window includes the day of arrival, weekends, and holidays, but does not include the wedding day, and symbolic ceremonies are not permitted on Sundays or public holidays.

• Apostille or legalization of documents is not required for symbolic ceremonies in Curaçao.

• Symbolic Information & Processing Form

• Copy of valid country-issued passports or government-issued driver’s license for both parties

• Documents must be received at least 60 days prior to your arrival date. Please note that if your documents are not received within the required time frame, the resort will not be able to perform the ceremony.

• A late fee of US$150 will apply for all documents received within 30 days prior to the arrival date.

• Mandatory administrative fees are US$400.

*The 72-hour required arrival window means that couples can get married in Curacao three days after arrival. In Curacao, the day of arrival, weekends and public holidays are included in this 72-hour window, but the day of wedding is not included. Please note, each public holiday in Curacao may affect the earliest wedding day mentioned in the chart below, as weddings are not permitted on public holidays or Sundays. 

*The Symbolic 48-hour required arrival window means that couples can get married in Curacao two days after arrival, and includes the day of arrival, weekends and public holidays, but does not include the day of wedding. Please note, public holidays in Curacao may affect the earliest wedding day mentioned in the chart below, as weddings are not permitted on public holidays or Sundays.
