RUM RUNNER
Recipe
1.5 oz. Appleton White Rum
1.5 oz. Orange Juice
1.5 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Appleton Extra Dark Rum
¾ oz. Blackberry Brandy
¾ oz. Banana Liqueur
¼ oz. Grenadine
1 Cherry
1 Pineapple Slice
Method
1. Pour all the ingredients, except for the Appleton Extra Dark Rum, Cherry and Pineapple, into a shaker.
2. Shake the contents and pour into a glass.
3. Float the Appleton Extra Dark Rum on top of the cocktail and stir gently.
4. Finally, garnish with the Cherry and Pineapple.
BBC
Recipe
1 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream
1 oz. Appleton Estate Rum
1 oz. Banana Liqueur
1 Banana
3 oz. Pina Colada Mix
Method
1. Pour all the ingredients, except for the Appleton Extra Dark Rum, Cherry and Pineapple, into a shaker.
2. Shake the contents and pour into a glass.
3. Float the Appleton Extra Dark Rum on top of the cocktail and stir gently.
4. Finally, garnish with the Cherry and Pineapple.
ROSEMARY RUM SOUR
Recipe
1.5 oz. Mount Gay Rum
1 oz. Rosemary Syrup
½ A Lime, Squeezed Juice
1 Rosemary Sprig
Method
1. Pour the Mount Gay Rum, Rosemary Syrup, and Lime Juice into a shaker.
2. Shake and pour into a short glass.
3. Mix the Rosemary Sprig into the drink and place in the middle.
HUMMINGBIRD
Recipe
1 oz. Appleton Estate Rum
1 Banana
1 Shot of Coconut Rum
1 Shot of Irish Cream
Dash of Grenadine
Splash of Milk
1 Cherry
Method
1. Mix all the ingredients, except for the Appleton Estate Rum, into a blender and mix until smooth.
2. Pour into a glass.
3. Float the Apple Estate Rum on top of the mixture in the glass.
4. Garnish with the Cherry.
