• Marriage license and administrative fee: US$250.00

*48 hours residency requirement must include 2 days which include day of arrival, weekend or holidays. example: friday arrivals can be married on sunday.

Final payment on wedding options is due sixty (60) days prior to arrival.

Cancellations made at least forty-five (45) days prior to arrival are fully refundable, except for non-refundable items including but not limited to certain deposits, administrative fees, custom third-party vendor items, external event suppliers and photography, entertainment, etc.

Floral Purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE or transferable if cancelled within 45 days of arrival.

Cancellations made 44-31 days prior to arrival will receive of 50% refund, except for non-refundable items listed above.

Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable.

• Notarized copies of BOTH the bride and groom’s valid government-issued passports and state-issued birth certificates (Birth certificates must be provided in long/complete form only)

• Notarized copies of all previous court certified divorce decrees, that include all pages of court certified final judgment, with seal and signature from the issuing court, for BOTH bride and groom (if applicable)

• Notarized copy of former spouse’s state-issued death certificate AND notarized copy of related marriage certificate (if applicable)

• Notarized copy of legal adoption papers or legal name change (if applicable)

• Notarized copy of single status affidavit or letter from a Notary Public: must be on a letterhead with applicable notarized, seals etc. attesting that neither party has not been previously married (if applicable)

• Notarized application for Special Marriage License application

• Notarized copy of legal translation of all documents to English along with notarized copies of documents in original language (if applicable)

• ALL translated documents MUST be on the translator’s company letterhead and include translator’s signature along with stamp and/or seal.

• Residency requirement (48 hours*)

• Marriage License and Administration Fee (US$535.00)

* In Grenada the day of arrival, weekends and public holidays are included in the residency period and must include one business day. No Sunday wedding in Grenada. Public holidays in Grenada do not influence the earliest wedding day mentioned in the table below. The 48-hour express
wedding application residency period must include 1 business day. Example: Monday arrival can be married Wednesday after 12 PM.

Documents must be received at least 60 days prior to your arrival date. Please note that if your documents are not received within the required time frame, the resort will not be able to perform the wedding ceremony

• Valid passports and original or certified copies of your birth certificates.

• Legal name changes or legal adoption papers (if applicable).

• Court certified final divorce decree (if applicable). Digital divorce decrees issued after 2015 must be notarized.

• Government issued death certificates with related marriage certificates (if applicable).

• Residency requirement (48 hours*)

*the 48 hours residency requirement means that couples can get married in Barbados 2 business days after arrival. In Barbados the day of arrival is included in the residency period, but weekends and public holidays are not. Couples must go offsite to obtain application for marriage license.

• Color copies of BOTH bride & groom’s valid government-issued passports.

• Color copies of legal adoption papers or legal name change (if applicable).

• Color copies of all previous divorce decrees, including all pages of court-certified final judgment for both bride and groom (if applicable).

• Color copies of former spouse’s government-issued death certificate and related notarized marriage certificate (if applicable).

• Color copies of legal translation of all documents to English along with notarized documents in original language (if applicable).

• Residency requirement (48 hours*)

• Marriage license and administrative fee (US$485)

*the 48 hours residency requirement means that couples can get married in Saint Vincent 2 days after arrival. In Saint Vincent the day of arrival, weekends and public holidays are included in the residency period.

• Copy of valid country-issued passports or government-issued driver’s license for both parties (this is the only required document for a symbolic ceremony).

• Notarized copy of a valid passport for bride & groom with an apostille/ legalization from Netherlands embassy or designated competent authority in your country of residence.

• Proof of single status via the Registrar Office in your area for bride & groom (not older than 6 months) and with an apostille/ legalization from Netherlands embassy or designated competent authority in your country of residence.

• Original Birth Certificate with an Apostille/legalization from Netherlands embassy or designated competent authority in your country of residence for bride & groom in long/complete form only (not older than 1 year).

• Original Divorce Decree with an Apostille/legalization from Netherlands embassy or designated competent authority in your country of residence, if applicable for bride & groom (not older than 6 months). Government / Administrative fee applies (if applicable).

• Original Death Certificate with an Apostille/legalization from Netherlands embassy or designated competent authority in your country of residence, for either one or both of you are a widow/widower, you need to provide the relevant documents (death certificate), not older than 6 months (if applicable).

• Residency requirement for symbolic ceremony: 48-hours*

• Residency requirement for legal ceremony: 72-hours*

• Administrative fee for symbolic ceremony: US$400.00

• Marriage license and administrative fee for legal ceremony: US$750.00

*the 48 hours (for symbolic ceremony) and 72 hours (for legal ceremony) residency requirement means that couples can get married in Curaçao 2 or 3 days after arrival. In Curaçao the day of arrival, weekends and public holidays are included in the residency period. The wedding day is not included in the residency period.
