To complete the upload of your Service ID, please follow the steps below:
Fill out the required fields: Surname, and Booking Reference.
Select and attach the required documents to securely upload them.
Press the 'Upload' button once the documents are loaded, to send them to our Documents Specialist Team for verification.
Here at Unique Caribbean Holidays Limited (UK representative for Sandals and Beaches resorts) we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to manage your account and to provide the products or services you have requested from us.

Note: Documents must be uploaded at least 10 weeks prior to your arrival date for your discount confirmation. If the required documentation is not received, we will not be able to grant the discount.
