In order to apply the promotion requested, please follow the steps below:

1. Fill out the required fields: Surname, Chosen Resort and Arrival Date.

2. Indicate which promotion you are applying for.

3. Select and attach the required documents to securely upload them.

4. Press the 'Upload' button once the documents are loaded, to send them to our Documents Specialist Team for verification.

Please note:

• - To apply for our free Honeymoon Package (available on all bookings of 3 nights or more, travelling within one year of your wedding date), you must upload your Wedding Invitation or Marriage Certificate at least 30 days prior to your departure.

• - To apply for our free Wedding Anniversary Night promotion (available on all bookings of 7 nights or more, when booked into a Club or Butler Room, travelling within 30 days of your wedding anniversary), you must upload your Marriage Certificate within 14 days of booking.

• - To apply for our Emergency Services and Military Discount (available to both active and retired members of the UK military, police force and fire brigade, and active members of all other UK Emergency Services - including ambulance, coast guard, and mountain rescue personnel, with a minimum stay of three paid nights), you must upload a copy of your ID.
