It was absolutely incredible, from the beginning to the end. Every single staff member went above and beyond for us, don't listen to any of the negative reviews it really wasn't like that at all. Chris and the boys at the bar were so much fun everyday making the most amazing cocktails. Even down to Riccardo coming to our room stocking up the drinks fridge. The food was incredible nothing was too much of an effort for the staff. The girls on the front desk were so lovely too. It was so much better than I could have ever imagined. We can't wait to go back.
