To complete the upload of your Wedding Documents, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Download Form

Please select the island where you will be married to download the wedding information processing form.

Step 2: Upload Documents

Please use the section below to upload your completed Wedding Information Processing Form and required documents. Applicable Only For Antigua, Saint Lucia, Bahamas, Barbados, Curacao Symbolic Ceremony, and Saint Vincent. For all other destinations, please follow the instructions listed on the form and submit by courier service.

Note: Documents must be uploaded at least 60 days prior to your arrival date for wedding confirmation. Please note that if all applicable required documents are not received, we will not be able to perform the wedding ceremony.
